  1. Please expound “The just shall live by faith”. This is the most important statement about justification. It gives us a quintessence of the divine plan, it has been a rest of millions throughout the centuries, it was a key to open the door of liberty to Martin Luther, it became the battle-cry of the Reformation. And it is a touchstone of every system since, that professes to be of God. If wrong here, they are bound to be wrong throughout. It is impossible to understand the gospel, if the basic principle be misunderstood or denied. Justification by faith alone is the test of true revelation. This is the text of the entire epistle as we can see of Galatians and Hebrews likewise. Faith gives all honor to Him as the One who has finished the work that saves and in whom alone God is fully glorified, His holiness maintained and His righteousness vindicated, and that not in the death of the sinner but the salvation of all who believe. It is a gospel worthy of God, and it has demonstrated its power by what it has accomplished in those who have received it by Faith. The Bible is not an easy book to understand but once you are regenerated (born again) the process of sanctification and perfection starts on the same principle of the “just shall live by faith”.
All scripture is for me but not about me i.e. the 66 books with 1189 chapters is not easy to understand by just quoting left, right, center without understanding its context etc.

  2. Faith has several meanings for instance faith to move mountains is different from faith for salvation i.e. to be saved. Acts 2:38 is a stumbling block to all those who do not understand the Truth. The message on the day of Pentecost is from Acts 2:21 to 2:36 Period. Calling upon the name of the LORD for salvation is to invoke His name in faith (Trust) of the One who was delivered for our offences and raised again for our justification. The Book of Acts was written by Dr. Luke some 40 years after Pentecost read Acts 16:10. All they had was the Old Testament. 2 Tim.3:16.
The book of Hebrews is the most difficult book like all other books of the Holy Bible. The opening of the understanding lies in Genesis 3:15 & 21; and then Genesis 12:1-3 ( also read Genesis 8:20-22)
